We need to go to Mars

- but we also need to make a country for Kekistani refugees. So mars is our destination. The plan is to create a temporary shelter out of Nuclear powered boats in the Atlantic, we shall eventually build a floating city, I call it Atlantistan/Atlantis-tan. The bastardized love child of Pepe and ancient humans.
